I asked for assistance in making a logo from Amy, who is a photographer for Sun & Sand Photography in Florida. ( http://sunandsandphotography.com/ and also http://the-luna-life.blogspot.com/) She was willing to help and extremely patient with me. I have never met her personally, but do look forward to the opportunity one day. As we corresponded through electronic messages she came up with some ideas just for me and I appreciate all the time she spent for me....."Thank you" Amy!
Looking back at my childhood, I always enjoyed have big family gatherings. Parents with Aunts, Uncles and cousins. I can remember every couple of years the whole family being rounded up like a herd of animals to get dressed up and threatened to behave just long enough to take family pictures. I can remember the year that my grandparents bought each of the children and grandchildren that one special present for Christmas. Since they could not be with each of us on a daily basis but didn't want to miss out on those everyday special moments, we each got a Polaroid camera. Some of us already had 35mm cameras, but it was not the same as holding that picture in your hand with in a few minutes, no waiting, no chance of losing the film. Many years have passed and so have my grandparents, many members of our family have drifted apart. As we have grown, moved and gone our separate ways to start our own families, we till have one thing in common, we will always have those memories with photos.
